Fred Azizi is the founder of Mixd Liquid Catering and Fresh Thyme Catering, specializing in corporate events, galas, and large-scale productions across North Texas.
With decades of experience in chef-driven catering and high-volume bar operations, Fred has been awarded the catering and bar services for the Harry Potter Exhibition and currently leads the Mandalay Canal Festival, a premier multi-day destination festival.
